We use advanced core construction techniques to manufacture cores using high-grade CRGO and CRNGO steel with thicknesses from 0.20 mm to 0.35 mm. Our raw material is precisely slit using carbide or steel cutters, and the cores are annealed in an inert environment furnace. With a wide range of mandrel sizes and raw material grades in stock, we can quickly supply cores to our clients. Additionally, our in-house tool room allows us to create custom mandrels for tailored solutions.
We use top-quality CRGO and CRNGO electrical steel for the production of El Single Phase, 9 Phase, Ul and Strip Laminations. High-Speed Presses and Automatic Cut to Length Lines ensure precise and accurate processing. Multiple slitting lines process mother coils up to 1300mm with precise width and low burr levels. Simple tooling and manual operations enable us to provide competitive pricing and quick turnaround times. We also offer prototyping using laser cutting and wire cutting methods to validate customer designs. At Benaka, we can fulfil requirements ranging from a few hundred kilograms to several tons of laminations.
We manufacture CRGO slit coils and CRNGO Slit Coils to customers specification from the required grade of materials. It is well known that handling and processing of Grain Oriented Electrical Steel (CRGO) can create undesirable stresses within the metal internal structure and at the cut edge. These stresses are a result of distortion of the crystal structure caused by the shearing process and result in increase of the hysterisis and decrease of permeabilit.
